How do I add a client's bank details?

A client can add their bank details by logging in, selecting ‘My account’, then clicking 'View account' and entering them in the ‘BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS' section.
Alternatively, you can add their bank details online by selecting the client, then ‘Profile’. To confirm the details, you’ll need to send us a recent copy of your client's bank statement (from the past three months) and we’ll update the details for you.
