To increase the ongoing adviser charge

To increase the ongoing charge your client pays on their Octopus Choice investment, we'll need confirmation they are happy to accept it. This can be in the form of an email from their registered email address, or a scan of a signed confirmation, which we can accept by email.

Please send it to support@octopuschoice.com. Once confirmed, we’ll update the ongoing adviser fees for your client.

To decrease the ongoing adviser charge

We can take instruction from you directly to reduce the ongoing charge and won’t require confirmation from your client.
