How do I add/remove ongoing adviser charges?
To increase the ongoing adviser fees you have set up for any of your clients, we'll just need a confirmation from your client that they are happy to accept the new charges. This can be in the form of an email from their registered email address, or a singed confirmation - again we can accept this via email.
If you wish to reduce the ongoing charge we can take that instruction from you directly.
Please note: it's important to make you aware that by changing the ongoing fees, your client's portfolio will automatically be diversified (As the fees are attached to every loan part they are invested in) - this is liable to change both the number of loans and headline rate.
This should all be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once confirmed, we will be able to update your adviser ongoing fees for this client.
